Thapae gate is 300 metres from this accommodation. Eating at Aroon Restaurant, placed next to the venue was the best choice. We appreciated our time spent here.

Breakfast was savoury and the host was very useful, so no complains at all. Our room was very clean. We could walk to three kings monument, the apartment was a short walk to it. If you want to have a wonderful dinner, try Cooking Love, situated very close to the flat

I recently stayed at X Kingdom Guest House for 5 nights during my trip to Thailand. The staff, specifically Jennifer and her family, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They were always helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with hot water and great wifi. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit, including the Sunday night bazaar and local eateries. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay at X Kingdom again in the future.

loved our stay at a guesthouse in chiang mai. staff was amazing, giving us great recommendations and making our holiday perfect. private rooms were big, cozy, and clean. staff went above and beyond to help us. definitely worth it.

The guest house is conveniently located near popular attractions, such as the Night Market and bike rental shops. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with tour bookings and providing a warm reception upon arrival. the guest house also offers a variety of facilities, including a common area, restaurant, and 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and drinking water.

The breakfast provided at the guest house is not satisfactory. It starts late and consists only of two toasts and eggs, with subpar coffee.

The location was excellent, just a few meters away from the main square and close to the old city. The hotel facilities had everything I needed, and the staff provided plenty of helpful advice.

They've got everything money can buy, like an ATM and concierge service, perfect for all those shopaholics. The complimentary Wi-Fi kept me connected while I enjoyed the restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. The location is great, with plenty of nearby attractions.

The guesthouse had everything a shopaholic like me needs - an ATM, shopping areas nearby, and free Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant, coffee shop, and bar/lounge on site.

My only complaint is that there wasn't a personal shopper to assist me with my extravagant purchases.
